ADDITIONALLY, WE OFFER SIMULTANEOUS SOUND SYSTEM LEASING. IF YOU NEED A QUOTE FOR EQUIPMENT, FROM BASIC TO ADVANCED, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU INCREASE THE ITEMS THAT YOU REQUEST, YOUR TOTAL COST WILL ALSO RISE. CONSIDER COST-EFFECTIVE MODULAR SOLUTIONS.

How many meeting halls (classrooms etc.) does your event(s) need?

How large does the meeting hall need to be? How many people need to be accommodated in a single hall?

Will you need us to provide you with an audio system? If you choose to have an audio system from your hotel, we'd like to underline the risk of input-output incompatibility between general purpose audio system available in the hall and our simultaneous system. We highly recommend using our audio system since it is compatible with our simultaneous equipment.

Will there be sufficient space in the hall to install a cabin for simultaneous interpreters. If not, cabins have to be installed outside the hall. In this case, simultaneous interpretation will take place with remote sound and image monitoring via monitor, camera, sound system etc.

How many participants are expected? This will determine the number of headphones do you will need.  In case there is more than one hall, we must know the number of participants for each hall.

How many wireless microphones do you need? Wireless microphones are used for questions and answers. If the hall is large, you may need 2 or 3 wireless microphones.

If you need a free quotation for our interpreting services in Turkey or Europe, just complete this form.

We can send you a price quote more quickly if you use this form. The information you provide on this form will enable us to better understand your interpreting needs. A project manager from ALS will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your requirements in more detail.

You should be clear about your requirements. For example, simultaneous interpreting is more complicated and costly than consecutive interpreting. Simultaneous interpreters mostly must stay in a booth using simultaneous equipment and interpret non-stop while lecturers are speaking. Because this demands complete attention, and is thus tiring for the interpreter, two interpreters need to work at half hour intervals to stay mentally fresh.

Sometimes, simultaneous interpreters must travel to other cities. In such cases, we can provide complete organizational services, including accommodation, flight, and city-in transfers.

Consecutive interpreting mostly covers business meetings, dinners and lunches, all types of cocktails, business fairs, factory and showroom visits. Moreover, our interpreters can welcome your guests at airports and escort them to their destination. This service also includes technical interpreting services including accompanying foreign engineers or technicians during installation of equipment in factories.
